tickets from their phone:

- Snap a photo of the ticket; the app reads the ticket number, violation, date, and place.
- Tell the app what happened; it checks the story against the grounds Chicago's Municipal Code allows for dismissal
  and says honestly how strong the case is and what evidence would help.
- A Shepherd Law attorney reviews the contest and files it with the City (contest by mail; no court appearance).
- Pricing: $10 per ticket. Strong cases are no win, no fee ($0 today; $10 only if the City doesn't reject the
  contest). Other tickets are a flat $10, paid when submitted.

- **How do you decide which tickets are no win, no fee?** Chicago hearing officers can only dismiss a ticket on specific grounds in the Municipal Code, and they decide from the paperwork alone. We check whether your story fits one of those grounds and whether your photos or documents prove it. If something is missing, we tell you exactly what to add, and you can add it right away to qualify.
- **What types of tickets are covered?** Currently, we focus on City of Chicago parking, compliance, red light camera, and speed camera violations where a valid legal defense can be identified.
- **Do I need to go to court?** We handle the dispute through the city's administrative mail or online process ('contest by mail').
- **How long does the review take?** The AI analysis happens instantly. Once you submit your draft, a licensed attorney reviews and finalizes the arguments within 1-2 business days before filing it.
